All full home inspection include over $100k in warranty coverage including a 5 year roof leak repair coverage warranty. Condo and town home inspection will receive warranties as well. We work closely with our clients answering every question they have and guide you to help you make the best possible decision on the home you are about to buy. We also complete the necessary insurance inspection and work with your agents to help you get your policy in effect prior to closing.
