*Formerly Ageless Health and Hormones* Hyer Health is an integrative primary care practice that focuses on health prevention and longevity. We provide care for general health management, functional medicine, hormone therapy for men and women, IV therapy, medically assisted weight loss, and telemedicine for patients 18 and older. We are a fee for service clinic and do not accept insurance for office services. HSA cards are accepted.
