Health In Motion Chiropractic is a wellness practice focused on keeping patients healthy. We utilize chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, manual therapy techniques such as active release, graston and massage, rehab exercises, nutritional education and Functional Medicine for a whole body approach to healthcare. Dr. Auchter is passionate about researching the most current and evidence based methods. She is continuing her education with the Institute for Functional Medicine, studying epigenetics, nutrigenomics and gut health to name a few areas of interest. This enables her to comprehensively assist patients by addressing the entire body system and utilizing specific tests to devise an individual plan supporting your health.
