Halifax Health Hospice

Located on Dunlawton Avenue in Volusia County., this 16-bed care center features a memorial walkway around the building with a gazebo for patients and families to enjoy. Each patient room features its own patio, bathroom, individualized climate control, private telephone, internet access and television. There is a great room for families to sit in with a piano and children's corner, as well as a Chapel available for patients and family use.
