Grand Coquina Condominium Association, Inc.

The Grand Coquina Condominium is located along the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. We are more than an oceanfront condominium building; we are a community of owners and residents that share the same love for Oceanside living. Our owners are literally from all over the world and vary from young working singles and couples, to second home families, to year round - retired seniors. As a community, you will find our Association to be socially active with helpful and friendly neighbors. Our building was designed by Peck & Associates and completed in 1997.
