Energycalcs is an independent energy calculation company, providing both residential energy calculation and commercial energy calculations. The owner, Maggie Sims, a certified RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) HERS Rater, operating since 2011. Co-Owner Gary Altman, has been in the HVAC and building industry for 50 years and is a Florida licensed AC Contractor, who is also certified in DET (Duct and Envelope Testing), blower door infiltration testing, and duct leakage testing for indoor air quality consultations and energy audits. Gary is also a current member of BOAF (Building Officials Association of Florida).
