The company president is Jim Cooksey, MAI, CCIM who took over management in 1991 from its founder, E. R. Massie, Jr. JD, MAI, SRA upon his retirement. Howard J. Cooksey, MAI is vice president. The company staff includes 4 commercial real estate appraisers, one residential appraiser, and a project manager. All senior staff members have 20-30 years of experience in the appraisal profession covering a wide variety of property types in addition to expert witness qualifications for courts in the market area.
