The City of Deltona is the largest municipality in Volusia County. Deltona City Hall is home to City services including the Building & Construction Services Department (permitting, zoning, etc.), Compliance Services including Animal Control, Planning & Development Services, the Offices of the Mayor & City Commission, the City Manager, Information & Technology Services, the City Clerk's Office and public records, Finance, Human Resources and Deltona Parks & Recreation.
