ADS provides document preparation service for Estate Preservation. This includes Living Trust, Last Will & Testament, Enhanced Life Estate, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will, HIPPA Privacy Authorizing Form, and many other legal documents. ADS is currently in transition and no longer engages in the preparation of legal document used in connection with the Family Court.
