Our goal is to keep patients where they are most comfortable…at home, in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals or inpatient facilities. For those left behind, our bereavement counselors provide grief support for the whole family. AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida is a not-for-profit, faith-based hospice that has been serving Volusia and Flagler counties since 1996.
